New oil lines except two hard lines New front oil cooler, thermostat, and oil tank Spark plugs, wires, distributor and rotor New heater boxes, cables, and blower motor replaced New fuel door spring New taillight assemblies Some rubber on exterior body panels and some weatherstripping replaced New fog light covers Paint chips touched up and ceramic coat applied Complete nut and bolt restoration with grade 8 yellow zinc hardware sourced from Germany Windows tinted Complete AC system removal Headlight relay upgrade Fuel tank flange rust stripped and tank re-coated in stone guard Trunk rust around battery mitigated and repainted New windshield washer pump Sound deadening and new sound pad added to engine bay Fuel injectors flow tested and repainted New impact bumper crush tubes Original hardware brackets/fuel rails sent off for corrosion stripping and new yellow zinc coating courtesy of Flawless Zinc out of San Diego. Jan-April 2026 Transmission rebuild Engine/trans cleaned, portions resealed, and new nuts/bolts installed New headers/muffler New clutch and flywheel Wavetrac limited slip differential added New alternator, fan, and housing + blasted and finished in aluminum silver Cerakote New fan strap New engine oil cooler and oil lines New crankcase position sensor Valve adjustment Distributor rebuilt + new cap/rotor Engine tins pulled, rust cancer sections removed, new material welded in and powder coated New steering wheel hub New engine mounts Turn signal gears fixed No stone left unturned. Mechanically sound and ready for another 40 years on the road.
